2026년 온도교회는 '듣는 말씀'과 '아는 신앙'을 넘어, 성도들의 구체적인 삶의 현장에서 사건과 역사로 나타나는
'살아내는 말씀'에 목회적 역량을 집중합니다.
A Year When the Word Becomes Reality in Our Lives- In 2026, ONDO Church moves beyond simply hearing the Word and knowing the faith. We will focus our pastoral heart and energy on helping our members live out the Word—so that it becomes visible in real events and everyday life.
현대 그리스도인들이 경험하는 무기력함은 신앙 지식과 실제 삶의 괴리에서 비롯됩니다.
히브리어 '다바르'는 단순한 언어적 정보(Word)가 아니라, 말한 대로 성취되는 창조적 능력과 사건(Event)을 의미합니다.
강단에서 선포된 말씀이 예배당 문을 나서는 순간 사라지는 것이 아니라, 가정의 회복, 일터에서의 정직,
관계의 치유라는 '실재(Reality)'로 증명되는 해를 만들고자 합니다.
Many modern Christians experience spiritual fatigue because of the gap between what they know about faith and how they actually live. The Hebrew word “Dabar” means more than spoken language or information. It carries the meaning of a creative, powerful Word that accomplishes what it declares—an event that brings transformation. We long to see the Word be proven as Reality—through restored families, integrity in the workplace, and healing in relationships. 2026 will be a year when the Word leads our lives and becomes living testimony in every sphere.

스타팅 포인트(3주)를 통해 교회 철학을
공유하고, 넥스트(Next Step) 과정을 통해 케어모임(소그룹)에 정착합니다.
Through Starting Point (3 weeks), we share the vision and philosophy of our church and help individuals take their Next Step into a Care Group (small group) community.
3. Growing (성장)
온도 빌드업(제자훈련)과 북클럽을 통해
신학적 뼈대를 세우고 지성과 영성을 겸비합니다. 파편화된 성경 지식을 '교리'라는 실로 꿰어 튼튼한 신앙의 뼈대를 만드는 12주 필수 제자 훈련 과정입니다.
Through ONDO Build-Up (Discipleship Training) and our Book Club, we establish a strong theological framework, cultivating both intellectual depth and spiritual maturity. This 12-week essential discipleship course weaves together fragmented biblical knowledge with the thread of doctrine, forming a firm and integrated foundation of faith.
2. Basic (기초)
케어모임(기초과정)과 목요 바이블을 통해 신앙의 기본기를 다집니다.
Through Care Groups (Foundations Track) and Thursday Bible Study, we strengthen the fundamentals of faith and build a solid spiritual foundation.
4. Builder (세움)
케어돌보미/부돌보미 LTS(리더 훈련) 및
섬김이 훈련을 통해 다른 영혼을 섬기는
사역자로 파송합니다.
Through Care Leader LTS (Leadership Training) and Servant Leadership Training, we equip and commission individuals to serve and care for others as ministry leaders.
2026 사역 로드맵 및 Action Plan
연간 사역은 자연의 섭리이자 영적 성장의 원리인 “농사의 과정(파종-성장-성숙-결실)”을 따라 4분기로 구분하여 체계적으로 진행됩니다.
Our annual ministry follows the natural rhythm of both creation and spiritual growth—the process of farming: Sowing, Growing, Maturing, and Harvesting. Each year is intentionally structured into four quarters, guiding our community through a meaningful and steady journey of faith.
1분기 (1-3월)
파종 (Sowing)
거룩한 시작과 기초 다지기
한 해를 하나님 앞에서 새롭게 시작합니다. 영적 성장의 로드맵을 나누고,
소그룹과 멘토링을 통해 신앙의 기초를 든든히 세웁니다. 또한 사역 박람회를 통해 각자의 은사를 발견하고, “구경꾼이 아닌 동역자”로 함께 서는 공동체를 만들어갑니다.
We begin the year by renewing our hearts before God. We share a clear roadmap for spiritual growth and lay a strong foundation of faith through small groups and mentoring. Through our ministry fair, members discover their gifts and step forward—not as spectators, but as partners in God’s work.

성장 (Growing)
깊어지는 뿌리와 가정 회복
말씀 안에서 더 깊어지고, 가정 안에서 사랑을 회복하는 시간입니다. 부부와 부모, 자녀가 함께 신앙을 세워가도록 돕고, 교회 창립의 은혜를 돌아보며 앞으로의 비전을 함께 나눕니다. 선교와 묵상의 여정을 통해 삶 속에서 하나님을 더욱 가까이 만납니다.
In the next season, we go deeper in the Word and seek restoration within our families. We support couples, parents, and children as they grow together in faith. We also reflect on God’s faithfulness in our church’s journey and share a united vision for the future. Through missions and seasons of prayerful reflection, we draw closer to God in the midst of everyday life.

성숙 (Maturing)
뜨거운 열정과 다음세대
다음세대를 집중적으로 세우는 계절입니다.
여름성경학교(VBS)와 수련회, 국내외 선교를 통해 아이들과 청년들이 예수님을 인격적으로 만나도록 돕습니다. 전교인 수련회를 통해 온 세대가 함께
예배하며 하나 됨을 경험합니다.
As we move into the season of maturing, we invest intentionally in the next generation. Through Vacation Bible School (VBS), retreats, and local and global missions, children and youth are given opportunities to encounter Jesus personally. Our all-generations church retreat brings every generation together in worship, strengthening our unity as one body of Christ.

결실 (Harvest)
감사와 파송, 그리고 나눔
한 해의 은혜를 돌아보며 감사로 마무리합니다. 받은 사랑을 이웃과 나누고, 선교와 나눔을 통해 복음의 기쁨을 전합니다. 다음 해를 준비하며,
새로운 일꾼들을 세워 공동체의 미래를 함께 꿈꿉니다.
We close the year in gratitude, counting the blessings God has given. We share the love we have received with our neighbors and spread the joy of the Gospel through missions and outreach. As we prepare for the coming year, we raise up new leaders and dream together about the future of our community.
